Strong team management is essential for the success of any organization. In today's fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment, the ability to foster collaboration, communication, and creativity among team members is more important than ever.

Set clear roles and responsibilities: Establish clear roles and responsibilities for each team member. This helps prevent confusion, duplication of work, and conflict. Encourage flexible roles and cross-functional teams to promote a sense of ownership and a more collaborative approach.

We have a strong management system. The core of company is General Manager. The general manager directly assigns tasks to the Business Manager and Production Director and will review and pass each task when it is about to end. The Business Manager is responsible for managing the R&D team and the Trade Business team, and directly assigns tasks and indicators to them. When they complete the tasks, they will make a report and submit it to the General Manager for review.

The Production Director has the authority to manage Warehouse Managers, Quality Inspector and Production Team Leaders. Control the production, quality, and deadlines of each batch by assigning them tasks to achieve the highest level of company production. There is a constant need for communication between the Production Director and the Business Manager to meet all customer needs as much as possible. The Production Team Leader will directly arrange work and control the Production line staffs.
